I rarely ever go vintage shopping or thrifting. I don't have anything against it, I just never get around to doing it. The one time I did since I've been living in D.C. I ended up with a gem: this skirt. It was probably about $10 (expensive by thrift store standards), is genuine suede and the perfect shade of tan. Beginner's luck, right?!
I almost parted with it at least half a dozen times, but something made me hold on to it. And now with the 70s revival we're seeing this fall, I'm so glad I went with my gut! I love it paired with this lace-up blouse (told you I had outfit posts coming) for a more boho look, but also can't wait to wear it with cozy sweaters and boots.
You can find similar versions here and here -- both under $50!
LOVE THIS! My suede skirt was thrifted too and it's one of my favorite pieces of all time!

Love this look, I have also been wanting to go thrift shopping but am still intimidated by it. Hopefully I can have the same luck as you :)
