Is it just me or did it take forever to get to Friday this week? Woof. Tomorrow morning I'm heading to one of my favorite events that our local Nordstrom puts on -- their fall Beauty Trend Show. It's literally the only blogging event I'd ever get up for and be at by 8 a.m. And since I've been on a beauty kick lately, I can't wait to see what new products and trends are coming out for fall. Fingers crossed for some cooler temperatures!
-The suede trend is everywhere this fall and I love this super simple shift dress. The layering possibilities are endless and it would look adorable with ankle booties!
-This top is also on point.
-I kinda have a thing for bright blue plaid these days. This one from J. Crew Factory is currently 30% off (along with everything else on the site!) and I just might have to pick it up.
-Speaking of blue, I went back for the cobalt pumps.
-If you work in an office with anyone other than yourself, you'll appreciate this.
-I don't care if Nike sweatpants are reminiscent of my 90s childhood when it was the baggier the better, I need these in my life for lazy days.
-I think I might be getting on board with flared jeans, but when you're this short it's hard to find a pair that fits the right way. These are available with a shorter inseam, though, so I'm tempted to try them!
-Ariana Grande may have done a better impression of Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Celine Dion than they could actually do themselves.
-I could easily buy a new faux leather jacket every fall. But that would be excessive. I tried this one on and it's a great option if you're in the market.
-I live in blazers throughout the year and love this one in a cape style as a fun twist on the classic.
