To say it's been a long week would be an understatement! I'm still working on getting back into normal routine and doing so has been exhausting. But I'm happy to have this weekend to relax and recharge and maybe do some fun fall-related things now that it's actually chilly out! (Apple picking was a possibility for last weekend, but we decided it just wasn't the same in 90 degree weather.)
Here are some things I'm loving this week to help you get through the work day:
1. J. Crew Factory is celebrating their first birthday (am I the only one who feels like they've been around forever?) and is offering 50% off the entire site! All of it. The whole shebang, enchilada, etc. I have my eye on this cozy flannel, this gorgeous blue wool coat and this mini version of the pave bracelet I always wear because it's just so darn cute. You have until October 14 (that's Monday) to do damage.
2. Not to depress you on a Friday or anything, but this is truly the most adorably sad government shutdown picture. Ever.
3. Bless Popsugar's heart for compiling this list of 90s celebrities and their Twitter accounts. I may or may not have spent a good 20 minute scrolling through to see what Ben Savage has been up to. Who else is way too excited for "Girl Meets World"?
4. I've been lusting after the moto jeans style for quite some time and am thinking I may need to add this pair from Express to my fall and winter wardrobe.
5. Gave my Pinterest a little makeover a few months ago and keep forgetting have been meaning to share! Everything is in alphabetical order and I refreshed each cover image. I've also been pinning my little heart out lately in an effort to round up some fall outfit inspiration. Check it out here!

OMG! That picture of the kid at the zoo! So cute! Yet, so sad!
ReplyDeleteI scooped up that flanel from J.Crew, so good! And I actually did the fall pumpkin picking thing last weekend and we were melting, SUCH weird weather... though the rainy forecast for this weekend doesn't make me any happier :/
