Tuesday Temptations: Cobalt crush

Ever since buying this blouse I've been so drawn to cobalt pieces. How did I not already have tons of it in my closet?! It's actually a great color for any time of year, but I especially love it paired with leather (obviously) for the fall.

I love the idea of going bold with a piece like that J. Crew Factory coat or -- as I noted above -- splurging on those insanely gorgeous leather pants. I mean, I would probably wear those every day of my life and not even think twice about it. In case you're interested in something a bit more subtle (though I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't want to wear bright blue leather pants -- sheesh!), those flats are perfect. It's really all in the details for me, from the cut of the shoe down to the metal cape toe and mini nails lining the sole. And menswear-inspired pieces are still going strong, so you'll definitely be on point with these. For even less commitment, go for cobalt nails. It's a great alternative to black and goes perfectly with any and all cozy sweaters. Promise ;)
