You know when you walk by something a few times in the store and give it major side eye but don't consider it to be "you" so you keep passing it up? That's what happened with this dress. Then at the very last minute I decided to try it on and, well, the rest is history. It's actually what I ended up wearing to the Bloomingdale's event last weekend and was the very last thing I tried on while shopping for an outfit. Funny how that happens, right?

I'm also surprised at myself for choosing it in powder blue -- you know, an actual color -- as opposed to opting for it in black. In fact, I didn't even try the black one on. Sometimes even I have to mix it up a bit ;)
