I could go on and on about my own insecurities in doing this but, to be honest, outfit posts are probably one of my favorite features about the blogs I read regularly and this is something I've really wanted to do for a long time now. So here goes nothin'!
This is what I wore last week to Fashion's Night Out in Georgetown. It rained. A lot. There are some very visible rain drops and my hair took a serious beating. But bless Vincent's heart for not only holding the umbrella for me while I tweeted, but for snapping these photos as we ducked into the Barney's New York entrance.

i know exactly how you feel about outfit posts - i've only done a couple because i feel the exact same way. not to mention, i don't have a fabulous camera that will make the photos look professional like some of the other bloggers. but - these are the photos that readers want to see, so we must continue to push through. you look great!

This is such a great first outfit post! I'm terribly uncomfortable in front of the camera so I know how you feel about doing outfit posts but you look great. Keep up the good work :)

perfect first outfit post! I was pretty hesitant to start taking photos of myself because it's pretty awkward but you'll get used to it. and with your style you'll have no problem.
