Fall Five: The colors

The last part of my Fall Five series may very well be the most obvious reason I'm looking forward to these next few months. And, actually, it's probably the main reason most people enjoy the time of year - the colors!

Though the summer warmth fades, the blow is cushioned (even if just a bit) by how rich and warm everything around us looks. From the changing leaves to the orange glow of the afternoon sun, I believe that fall is mother nature's most perfect palette. And for fall 2011, it looks as though the fashion industry has taken a cue from its surroundings.

Be sure to look for bold brights, rustic hues, and basic neutrals for the perfect fall-worthy look:
