If I'm being totally honest, all I kept thinking about while going through these photos was how excited I am for fall. I swear the Nordstrom sale does it to me every. year. I know it's only August but my brain has already transitioned to ripped jeans, cozy sweaters and booties. And since we've been having cool mornings for the last week or so, it's making me want to dress like it's not going to reach the mid 80s during the day. Which it does. Because, like I said, August.
But since I never like to rush time away, I'm still looking for chances to wear some of my favorite summer pieces like this dress. This is actually from our trip to Florida back in June (how is that already so long ago?). I fell in love with the cute print and breezy style. It was perfect to wear to dinner on our last night there! I opted for a more casual shoe, but you could also dress it up with fancier heels like these.
