Summer accessory edit

Every season comes with its own trends, but does anyone else feel like the ones this summer are particularly good!? I always tend to skimp on accessories (I'd much rather buy clothes lol), but tons of things have been catching my eye lately that I couldn't help snag a few. Maybe it's because the pieces are so versatile and not overly trendy. It's easy to invest in something when you can easily see yourself wearing it in a ton of different ways and I think that's been the difference for me!

Straw bags/clutches

I absolutely love a straw bag for summer. They're the perfect excuse to look/feel like you're going to the beach (even if you're not even close to one) and I just adore the laid back vibe. The totes are perfect for errands or hitting the farmers market while a clutch is great for a wedding or bridal/baby shower. I just got this one -- it's on major sale for less than $20 and is the perfect size! I can't wait to take it on vacation with me.

For someone who never takes out her studs, I've actually surprised myself with this one haha. I bought this pair from a few weeks ago and I love wearing them with off the shoulder dresses and tops.

As a mom, can I just say how much I appreciate slides? They're just so easy, always comfy and still super chic. A neutral pair will go with everything and they're great for traveling since they're so small! I have my eye on this espadrille pair.
