I had every intention of getting this post up yesterday but life had other plans. Turns out I don't get traditional allergies like sneezing, watery eyes, etc. and instead get hit with seasonal migraines. I'm used to the hormonal ones I get once a month, but this time of year is particularly bad and it feels like I get them at least once a week. The back and forth between the hot and cold seems to trigger them and functioning can be challenging, if not impossible. And then after the headache goes away I'm left feeling like I got hit by a truck. Ugh! I'm on the upswing, but if you suffer from this and have any tips/remedies, please feel free to send them my way!
Anywho, on to this outfit. I've mentioned before how I'm loving all the embroidered pieces this season and I fell hard for this top when I saw it. I like that it's a fun twist on the classic button down, which works well if you have a 9-5 with a more traditional dress code. I also think it'd be cute paired with denim cutoffs once the weather gets a little warmer! Plus, it's only $20, so it has that going for it, too ;)
