In what may or may not be the eighth sign of the apocalypse, I'm wearing pink for the second time this week. I don't know what it is, but this black and white-loving girl is really into blush tones right now and I'm fully giving myself over to it. Don't start stockpiling canned goods just yet, though. Because if I'm not wearing faux leather of some kind, then my jeans almost certainly have holes in them. So I think the balance of the world is restored.

But seriously, how good is this coat? It's from the online boutique Kingdom & State and I just happened to meet the owner while standing in line for a show during Fashion Week. There's a lot of that waiting around thing and you just never know who you'll end up standing next to and striking up a conversation with! They were kind enough to send me a few things, this perfect spring coat included. And since I can't bring myself to go back to my parka when the temperatures dropped again, I knew it had arrived just in time ;)
