-I'm really trying to expand my horizons when it comes to my faux leather legging collection. I just ordered ones with moto detailing (so obsessed) and an olive green pair. Because who needs real pants?

-Since becoming a mom, I've had to make more practical choices when it comes to footwear. Which is probably why I've been finding myself drawn to chunkier heels, rather than stilettos, lately -- especially in my search for new black booties. Not wanting to sacrifice height (because I'm 4'10" and need all the help I can get), this pair is topping my list. They're super basic and will go with anything, but the cutout detail around the ankle gives them a unique flair. And then there's the French Connection "Kristina." Because when doesn't gold make something better? Decisions, decisions!
-Oscar de la Renta, one of fashion's most beloved designers, passed away earlier this week and the tributes honoring his legacy have been popping up everywhere. One of my favorites is this slideshow put together by The Cut that looks at his work throughout the years.
-I've been in the habit of collecting hats this fall. Navy blue is the one color I feel my wardrobe is lacking, though, and this Rag & Bone beauty is seriously tempting.
