Tuesday Temptations: Urges

Whether I'm in the tents or not, New York Fashion Week always has this funny way of making me want to shop. It's like something happens in my brain and I can't control the power it has over me. I mean, I get it. You're surrounded by incredible street style for days on end, everyone breaks out their sartorial best of the best for the shows and you can't help but have those urges. Or at least I can't. I think this feeling is amplified for me this year seeing as I want to buy things I know I can't wear right now -- unless they have an elastic waistband, of course. (Hence the faux leather track pants.) And you always want what you can't have!

Fortunately, I have this blog as an outlet to share with you some pieces I'm loving without actually buying them. It's a way to get it out of my system, in a sense, because at least if I've admitted to the problem, I can better cope with it. Or something like that.
