Tuesday Temptations: Chic sweatshirts

If there's one trend I absolutely love, it's the chic sweatshirt. Up until a few years ago, I would've thought you were crazy if you said I could pair one of my oversized, baggy shirts that I wear to lounge around with a pair of faux leather leggings or sleek skirt (as seen here)…and actually venture out into public! Of course, there are limitations. You won't find me trying to make my old cheerleading sweatshirts stylish or anything. Because I'm pretty sure even the most fashionable wouldn't be caught dead in a hoodie with paint stains (from banner-painting parties for the games, duh) and iron on letters that are just one wash away from falling completely off. But you get the point!

Fortunately, there are so many cute sweatshirts out there right now that you can easily wear on the weekends with your leggings or dressed up for a night out! I love the ones that have a fun print, pattern or saying, but am also a sucker for anything embellished -- sequins, studs, etc. Worst case scenario, toss on a sparkly necklace! I promise it'll glam up your look...even if the tag on your shirt says Hanes!
