New H&M opens in Georgetown!

If you live/work in D.C., you might want to take an early lunch tomorrow and head over to Georgetown. Why, you ask? A few major reasons, all of which have to do with the opening of the new, shiny and sparkly H&M at The Shops at Georgetown Park (3222 M St NW) at noon tomorrow (Wednesday)!

First, the new store is bigger, better and more gorgeous than the last. It will, of course, have all the things that you go into H&M for already, but has been expanded to include a children's line, plus sizes and maternity. The more the merrier, I say!

What I'm most excited about, though, is that the new store -- right here in our little neck of the woods -- will be the. first. store. in the entire country to carry their newly debuted Home collection! Did you catch that? The only store so far...in these here United States...and we have it here in D.C.! Bedding, towels, candles, kitchen items, housewares -- all of it! Much of which is holiday-themed right now and so affordable!

And it doesn't end there! The new M Street location will also be one of the 44 stores in the country to carry the highly anticipated designer collab with Isabel Marant. And if you've checked out the collection, you know it's a good one! You'll be able to shop it in stores and online Thursday (November 14).

Sooo after all that, it's safe to say you're coming, right? A few final, but important, things:

1. Be one of the first 300 people in line tomorrow and get a free t-shirt and an Access to Fashion pass worth anywhere between $10 and 300!
2. Keep yourself busy while you're waiting in line and tweet at me (@AllyCog) and H&M (@hmusa) about how excited you are! Use the hashtag #DClovesHM for the chance to win a free styling session and head-to-toe outfit courtesy of H&M! Not too shabby, huh?
3. Be quick! The first person to tweet at me from the line wins!

H&M Georgetown

Some of my favorite items at H&M right now, including a few Isabel Marant x H&M pieces!

Looking forward to seeing some of you there!

Note: Compensation was provided in the form of product via H&M. However, I would never work with a brand I don't fully love and stand behind and all opinions are my own.
