I had an outfit post planned for today, but if you live anywhere in the northeast you know that it was les mis all day and there was just no picture taking to be had. Instead, here are some of my favorite recent Instagram snaps that are seasonally appropriate!
1. I picked up this super cozy scarf at H&M last winter and it's proven to be one of my favorite accessories -- especially now that it's so cold out! This one is a similar option.
2. For some reason, I always want to buy new beauty products around the holidays. This YSL lipstick in "Lingerie Pink" may not be a dark shade, but I love pairing it with a super smokey eye for fancier events. And with so many holiday parties coming up, it's perfect!
3. Staying in bed just a little longer on Saturdays with coffee and Pinterest is the ideal to start my weekends lately!
4. Faux fur and a plaid flannel. What better combo is there?
5. A major closet purge took place last weekend (lots of new Poshmark items as a result!), but most of my scarves are sticking around. And this is only about a third of what I own. I might have a problem.
6. I obviously ordered a gold monogrammed mug as soon as I could get my hands on one! I've been sipping tea and coffee out of it since and, I must say, I think it tastes better ;)
7. Haven't had my picture taken with Santa in years! I was so glad he was kind enough to pose for a picture when I ran into him at an event at The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City recently. I refrained from asking him if I could sit on his lap.
