Kid in a candy store

The title of this post is so appropriate for a couple reasons. First, between the bubblegum pink blouse and grape colored pants, I totally felt like I was a little kid again! It's such a fun color combination that I probably haven't put together since I was under the age of 10. And I kinda dig it!

Second, I just had to pair it with this necklace from Purple Paparazzi. It's appropriately called "Kid in a candy store" and I love how it incorporates nearly ever color of the rainbow in a super fun statement piece. I also love that it can be worn with color, like I did here, or to brighten up an otherwise neutral outfit. Versatile pieces get a lot of play in my wardrobe, and this is definitely one of them!
