Keep it simple

There are always so many amazingly creative, colorful and chic looks at CapFABB events and last night's meet up at Neiman Marcus was no exception! And while I could've pulled something neon out of my closet, I just felt like keeping it simple - especially since the focus was on all things fall fashion.

I've said before that my idea of simple is a great pair of jeans and a blouse. I've also been dying to rock my new boyfriend jeans (which I destroyed myself!) and figured this was the perfect opportunity to do it.

As always, the event was a blast and I'm officially ready to start shopping for the cooler weather! I also got to check out some fall beauty trends, including the cherry red lip. The color I'm wearing (below) is YSL's Golden Gloss in Golden Cherry. It has actual gold flecks in it and is absolutely gorgeous!
