Guest post : A Lacey Perspective rocks fall's trends

While I take a little break from blogging during my week of vacation, I've rounded up posts from some of my absolute favorite bloggers to help get you ready for fall!

Today, Lacey from A Lacey Perspective is showing you how to wear some of fall's hottest trends. She's always on point with her fabulous outfit posts, so be sure to visit her blog to see her latest and greatest pairings!

Hi CSPers!

While Alison, my partner in crime, is off on vacay, I wanted to share with you some trends to look out for this fall!

Maxis
Don't be intimidated by these long beauties. Any girl no matter the size (or height) can rock these. Toss a sweater over to keep you warm, heels or boots to keep your toes warm and you are fall chic!

Pattern Mixing
The key to wearing this look is to find one color that each piece has to give it a cohesive look. This is by far my favorite trend of 2012!

Colored Jeans
I may have jeans in every color (and pattern) in preparation for fall/winter. They are the simplest way to take the jeans and tee look to another colorful level!

I hope this got you all excited and prepared for fall! If you want the details of any of my looks click on the pictures above to take you to the specific post. If you want to just stop over and say hi, feel free to head over to my blog A Lacey Perspective... I would love to have you!

Happy shopping!

  2. Lacy's fashion is always incredible! I could never rock half the stuff she wears (the pattern mixing, for example) but she always manages to pull things off, and make me think twice about dismissing a trend!

  3. YAY - love Lacey and her fabulous sense of style! Love the idea of adding a sweater and boots to a maxi for fall/winter. NYFW ensemble possibly...:)
