Tuesdsay Temptations : Maxi-mum

Maxi skirts

Hi lovelies! How was your weekend? I know, it's Tuesday, but I'm just getting back into the swing of things after a relaxing three-day weekend. It was just what I needed to recharge!

If you're a regular reader, you probably already know about my love for maxi skirts. They're so fun, comfortable and I love coming up with new ways to style them. They are already and will continue to be a wardrobe staple as we get closer to summer (though that hasn't stopped me from wearing them before - see here, here and here). I've been slowly building my collection over the past few months, but I wish my budget allowed me to buy all of these beauties at once. Le sigh.

I'm honestly a fan of any maxi, but I really have a thing for the pleated ones. I think they bring that extra air of elegance, don't you?

Which one is your favorite?

XO,
Alison

  2. I think the peach one is my favorite! I need to pick one up. I have stayed away from them because I always thought it made me feel shorter, but I don't know that I can resist!

    1. I'm super tiny (only 4'10") and I feel like they really elongate my frame because of the clean line they create. You should definitely try one :)

  3. Perfect timing - I'm wearing a pleated maxi in my outfit post tomorrow (it was super-affordable too)! :)

  4. I've been really into maxi skirts and dresses too - the best part about wearing them is I don't have to worry about pale pale legs going into summer :)

  5. I have just gotten into wearing maxis, but I definitely need a few more added to my wardrobe! I LOVE the geometric black and white print of number 7 and of course the peachy pastel one!
