Hi friends! How was your weekend? Here in D.C. we got our fair share of rain so I was happy to take the opportunity to cross some items off my to-do list...even if it was only to replace them with other things!

I definitely feel like this is one of the most casual looks I've shared here but it's also one that's very "me." Especially when there's a torrential downpour outside. Give me my Hunter Boots (seriously one of the best investments I've ever made), skinnies and cozy knits and I'm a happy girl. The husband and I ran to brunch, church and even did a little shopping and I'm happy to report that I stayed warm and dry the entire time.

What kept you all occupied this weekend?

Happy Monday!

XO,
Alison

  2. Love your jacket/coat - such a great, different cut, with the asymmetrical hem. While the whole deal looks "thrown together" in the best of ways, you're rockin' the rainy weather. Also, now I can't get the song out of my head.
