First look: Michael Kors's jewelry collection

I may have gasped just a little bit this morning when I saw pieces from Michael Kors's new jewelry collection on New York Magazine's fashion blog The Cut. You guys, I'm in love!

Michael Kors is known for his classic apparel and handbag designs that have become staples of American fashion. This line of accessories stays true to the timeless nature of his work and certainly does not disappoint. I especially love the cuff bracelets (hello, statement piece!) and the contrast the combination of leather and metal creates. And did I mention I'm obsessed with the chains? Here are some of my faves:

Neck and bracelet cuffs. Drool.

Multi-chain necklace with python embossed leather closure.

Python embossed leather bracelet with metal closure.

Gold and tortoise bangles.

Chain buckle bracelets.

Also, check out the video below (do your best to ignore the weird '70s/dentist office music) from Elle.com where the designer himself talks about the collection and you can catch even more glimpses of the jewelry!

Prices range from $100-500 and will be available in the fall. Who's excited!?

  1. The neck cuffs seem a bit freaky to me :/ but I do love the python cuffs and the other gold cuffs. He always manages to impress. And I looove watching him on Project Runway :P

  2. Yeah I would never wear the neck cuffs, they're not my thing - though they looked awesome on the models. But I'm in love with the cuff bracelets! I think they're so chic!

  3. He does such great work! Each of these pieces would look GREAT with just a simple white oxford shirt and jeans. Loving this.
